Your commissions are equal to a percentage of the revenue that Outstaffer earns from our referrals in a given month.

10% revenue share in months where the total revenue referred is less than $10,000

15% revenue share in months where the total revenue referred is more than $10,000

Referral commissions are paid monthly and calculated based on Outstaffer’s subscription charges minus any discounts, security deposits, taxes, and VAT (or GST). Commissions are only valid for 12 months from the new customer activation date.

An Employer of Record (EOR), like Outstaffer, allows you to quickly hire an employee anywhere in the world without setting up a legal entity.

Essentially, Outstaffer has a local foothold in a country you want to hire in, so we can seamlessly hire an employee on your behalf. Say you're a US business, and you want to make a hire talent in Australia or the Philippines? Well, with an EOR, you can.

Once you onboard with Outstaffer, we'll take care of everything from recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and HR admin, so you are fully compliant to hire in all our covered countires. While the employee will legally be employed by Outstaffer and on our payroll as the EOR, they’re dedicated and report to you, just like any employee.

How do you handle benefits?

Each country has its own set of laws that set out the benefits they have to provide for employees. These range from health and unemployment to insurance and social security.

Who should I refer to Outstaffer.com?

You can refer any business to Outstaffer. However, you will only receive commissions on new customers that do not have an active paid account with Outstaffer already.

How are commissions calculated?

Commissions are calculated based on Outstaffer fees minus any discounts, taxes, and VAT.

Commissions are equal to a percentage of the revenue that Outstaffer earns from qualified sales that you refer in a given month.

  • 10% revenue share in months where the total revenue referred is USD $2,000 or less
  • 15% revenue share in months where the total revenue referred is greater than USD $2,000

To be considered a "qualified sale" all of the requirements below must be met:

  • The customer signed up within 90 days from the date of first clicking on your unique referral tracking link.
  • The customer activates a paid plan with Outstaffer within 90 days of the sign up date.
  • The customer is not already an existing customer of Outstaffer with a paid plan that was active prior to your referral.
  • The customer does not cancel their plan with Outstaffer within the first 60 days of the sale event date.

If all of the above criteria are met, you will be entitled to a percentage of the monthly subscription revenue generated from the qualified sales for the first year of the customer's plan.

If a customer that I referred adds additional employees through Outstaffer, will I earn commission on those too?

As long as the customer you referred meets the criteria of a “qualified sale”, then yes, you will earn commission on all revenue that Outstaffer generates from that customer for the first year of the customer's plan.

How do I get paid for referrals?

Outstaffer affiliates earn money when a new customer signs up for Outstaffer using their unique referral link based on a 90-day cookie tracking window. Your company will earn a commission of 10% to 15% for new customer referrals based on the amount of the customer sales generated each month.
